Tulsi leaves were traditionally used for religious, ceremonial and medicinal purposes. This adaptogenic herb is one of the key rejuvenating tonics in Ayurveda. Certified Organic Holy Basil (Tulsi) Tea (Ocimum sanctum).

Boil 2-3 teaspoons of Holy Basil in 8-12 oz. of water. Add more tea for a more robust flavour. Enjoy the tea as is or add 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions vanilla powder. Grate fresh ginger into the tea to add more heat. Naturally sweeten with ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Organic Traditions stevia powder. Cool to create a refreshing iced tea. Use the liquid for a healthy hair and scalp rinse or for a mild facial toner.
