Conventional oven:
1. Prep cook from frozen. Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Cook place spanakopita on a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 18-20 minutes until tips of phyllo are golden brown.
3. Serve let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Caution: hot.
