For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F/74°C. Conventional oven cooking: (since ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting): preheat oven to 375° F. Remove tray from box. Leave film on tray, do not vent. Cook for 60-70 minutes. Uncover, continue cooking 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 minutes. Microwave oven cooking (1000 watts): (directions developed using 1000 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary: cooking time may need to be adjusted): remove tray from box. Leave film on tray, do not vent. Cook on high 8 minutes. Uncover, continue cooking on 50% (medium) power another 8 - 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking. Enjoy !
