This mild and creamy coconut sauce is inspired by northern Indian cuisine and has a rich and delicate spice blend to bring your authentic curry dish together in just a few minutes. Simply add Patak's® Korma Cooking Sauce to seared chicken or protein of choice. For a veggie option, try with chickpeas and a handful of spinach. Enjoy with basmati rice or naan bread. Serves 3-4.

Korma Chicken - Serves 3-4
1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.
2. Add 3 or 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins).
3. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use immediately.
