Microwave – From Frozen; · Remove the sleeve and place the dinner directly into the microwave leaving the film on. Heat on high for 9 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C. Remove the film. Stir the potatoes. Enjoy! Oven – From Frozen; · Preheat oven to 390°F / 199°C. Remove the sleeve. Leaving the film on, place the dinner onto a cookie sheet and put it in the oven. Heat for 40 minutes to a minimum temperature of 165°F / 74°C. Remove the film. Stir the potatoes. Enjoy!
