Directions - Adults and children 12 years and over: - for relief of symptoms, take 1 tablet at onset of symptoms - for prevention of symptoms, take 1 tablet 10 - 15 minutes before eating - do not take more than 1 tablet at a time - swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water - do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
