Recommended use: mix or shake 30 g (1 scoop) of DIESEL in 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or your favourite beverage. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste. DIESEL mixes so easily that you can use a fork, shaker cup or a blender. For best mixing results, add liquid before powder. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
