Province Apothecary Invigorating + Balancing Toner has been reformulated to be gentler, less drying, and great for all skin types, This Invigorating + Balancing Toner with Rose & Geraniums great for normal, combination, oily, and congested skin. Province Apothecary has re-mineralized their toner, adding natural minerals and nutrients to purify and tone your skin. Fragrant Organic Rose Water is naturally anti-inflammatory, soothing and cooling to the skin, while Geranium essential oil calms and tightens pores. Please note: Due to freezing, this product ships in blue plastic bottles November to April Directions: Use as a spot treatment for blemishes or to control oil. Use after cleansing. Apply 1-3 sprays of toner directly to your skin. Air-dry for 1-2 minutes. For best results, follow with PA serum & moisturizer. Tip: use toner when your skin is acting up. When blemishes first appear, spray toner on them twice a day.
