Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 71 °C / 160 °F. Remove frozen burgers from package before cooking. Stove: lightly spray both sides of burger with non-stick cooking spray. Place burger in a skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip burger and cook for 5 minutes. Product will be hot. Microwave: place frozen burger on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Product will be hot.
