Directions Adults (19 years and older): 1 scoop, 1-2 times per day. Mix 1 scoop (8.3 g) of product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Duration Use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks if you suffer from cardiovascular disease.
