Preparation And Usage
BAKING DIRECTIONS
YOU WILL NEED
1 large egg
150 ml (½ cup + 2 TBSP) milk
15 ml (1 TBSP) of oil
375 g (2 cups + ½ cup) mix, loosely packed
PREPARE (10 MUFFINS)
1. Preheat standard oven to 375℉ (190℃) or convection oven to 325℉ (165℃).
2. Lightly spray or line muffin pans.
MIX BATTER
1. Combine egg, milk and oil.
2. Add mix and stir gently until combined.
3. Spoon batter into muffin pans to ⅔ full.
BAKE
1. In centre of oven for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Cool completely before removing from pan.
