Preparation And Usage
BAKING DIRECTIONS FOR 12 MUFFINS
YOU WILL NEED
1 egg
200 ml (⅞ cup) water
750 ml (3 cups) mix, loosely packed (approx. ½ of the package)
PREPARE
1. Preheat oven to 200℃ (400℉).
2. Lightly spray or line muffin pans.
MIX BATTER
1. Pour mix into mixing bowl.
2. Add water and egg.
3. Stir until all ingredients are blended.
4. Spoon batter into muffin pans to ⅔ full.
BAKE
1. In centre of oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
