This mix is created from oat flour and other flours, and contains no artificial flavours or colours. When you want to stir things up, try adding chia seeds, flax seeds or fresh fruit to the batter, or mix in chocolate chips or nuts for an extra special treat. Cooking & Usage Tips

YOU WILL NEED 158 ml (⅔ cup) water 250 ml (1 cup) of the mix, using a levelled dry measure DIRECTIONS Makes 5 to 6 pancakes (10 cm or 4" in diameter) PREP: Preheat skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 190°C (375°F). Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then disappear almost immediately. Lightly grease skillet or griddle. MIX: Pour mix into mixing bowl. Add water. Stir with spatula until large lumps disappear, batter will be thick. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overmix. COOK: Pour slightly less than 50 ml (¼ cup) batter for each pancake onto skillet. Cook for 90 seconds. Turn and continue to cook for 90 seconds or until second side is golden brown. LOOKING TO MIX IT UP? For each cup of mix add up to: 1 TBSP of chia or flax seeds ¼ CUP of blueberries, bananas, chocolate chips or nuts
