Cooks in 4 to 5 minutes* *Microwave directions Water**: 1 serving: 150 ml (2/3 cup), 4 servings: 750 ml (3 cups) Salt (optional): 1 serving: dash, 4 servings: 2-3 ml (1/2-3/4 tsp) Oats: 1 serving: 75 ml (1/3 cup), 4 servings: 325 ml (1 1/3 cups) Cooking time: 1 serving: 4-5 min at medium, 4 servings: 7-9 min at high 1. Combine water, salt and oats in a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave for specified cooking time and level or until desired consistency is reached. Stir once halfway through cooking time. 3. Cover and let stand until desired thickness is reached. Stir before serving. Microwave ovens vary; time may need to be adjusted.
