Cooking instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine 2 measures of cold water for every measure of rice (450 ml of water for entire contents of the package).
2. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
3. Add to taste: a bit of butter or olive oil and parmesan cheese.
