COOK TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165℉ (77℃).
BBQ: With the lid down preheat grill to medium-low. Grill with the lid down. Turn often until the patties are golden brown. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375 ℉. Place patties on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until patties are golden brown.
STOVETOP / FRYING: Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with olive oil. Add patties and cook over medium heat. Turn often until the patties are golden brown. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
IN A SPAGHETTI SAUCE: Partially cook the patties in a non-stick skillet with onions and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes. Transfer the patties to a large pot, add canned tomatoes and spices and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 60 to 90 minutes.
