SAUSAGE COOKING GUIDE
COOK TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165℉ (74℃).
Use tongs to prevent piercing the sausage skin.
BBQ: With the lid down preheat grill to medium-low. Grill with the lid down. Turn links often until the sausages are golden brown. Do not pierce the skin as this will create flare-ups that could burn and dry out the sausage. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
STOVETOP / FRYING: Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with olive oil. Add sausages and cook over medium heat. Turn links often until the sausages are golden brown. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375℉. Place sausages on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until sausages are golden brown.
AIR FRYER: Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes. Place the sausages on the non-stick cooking tray in the fryer basket. Insert the basket into the appliance and cook at 390 ℉ for 7 to 10 minutes until fully cooked. Turn the sausages halfway through cooking. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
