Raw - DO NOT MICROWAVE. Cook from frozen state until a minimum internal temperature of 185°F (85°C) is reached. Cooking instructions Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). 2. Place wings on a single layer on baking tray lined with parchment paper. 3. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. 4. Sauce: place unopened sauce pouches in a large heat resistant bowl and carefully pour over them 1 litre of freshly boiled water; leave to cool down (20-25 minutes). 5. Turn chicken wings over halfway through the cooking time. 6. Serving suggestions: dip or toss wings in sauce & enjoy! Note: cooking times given are guidelines only and may vary according to appliances used.
