Cooking instructions Pan fry 1 Prep cook from frozen. Pour 2 tbsp (30 ml) of cooking oil into a frying pan heated at medium-high heat. 2 Heat place the potstickers, flat side down, in the pan. Reduce heat to medium and heat for approximately 1 minute. Then add ⅓ cup (75 ml) of water, cover and simmer for about 4-6 minutes. Remove lid and continue heating until the bottoms are golden brown. 3 Serve Boil 1 Prep cook from frozen. Place the potstickers into a large pot of boiling water. 2 Heat bring water back to a boil and heat for 2-4 minutes until potstickers float to the surface, stirring occasionally to keep them from sticking to the pot. 3 Serve Deep fry 1 Prep cook from frozen. Preheat cooking oil to 190°C (375°F). 2 Fry the potstickers for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. 3 Serve Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
