Oven: 1 - PREP Heat from frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Remove frozen ribs from packaging and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 2 - HEAT Place baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and heat for 27-32 minutes or until heated through. Turn ribs and baste with sauce halfway during cooking time. Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. 3 - SERVE
BARBECUE: 1 - PREP Fully defrost ribs in package overnight in the refrigerator. For a faster thaw, defrost ribs in the microwave. For microwave (1200 watts) defrost, place ribs in package on a microwave-safe plate, pierce film and heat on medium for 6-8 minutes. 2 - HEAT Remove packaging. Reserve any sauce to use for basting as desired. Place defrosted ribs on pre-heated grill on medium heat. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through. Baste with remaining sauce as desired. Since barbecues vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. 3 - SERVE
