Barbecue - From Frozen BARBECUE Preheat gas barbecue with all burners on medium for at least 5 minutes. Turn off one burner. Place frozen pizza on unlit side. Close grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza crust is lightly brown. For even browning, rotate pizza 180° halfway during cooking. To maintain cooking temperature, avoid opening grill too frequently. Using tongs or a large metal spatula, slide cooked pizza onto a pizza pan to serve. Let sit 2 to 3 minutes before slicing. Since gas barbecues vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. Oven cook - From Frozen CONVENTIONAL OVEN Cook from frozen. Remove packaging. Place directly on the middle rack of a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 9 to 11 minutes. The pizza is done when the cheese is melted in the centre and the crust is golden brown. Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only.
