Cover opened or prepared bottles/cups, and refrigerate immediately; use within 48 hours. Store unopened bottles under normal room temperature conditions. Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not reuse the Similac® bottle.

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE
1 Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2 Sterilize equipment: Place washed cups or bottles (if needed), nipples, rings, caps and all preparation equipment in boiling water and keep at a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
3 SHAKE BOTTLE WELL; twist off cap.
4 IF USING THE SIMILAC® BOTTLE;
Attach nipple.
IF USING A DIFFERENT FEEDING CONTAINER:
Pour formula into cups or bottles. If there is formula remaining in the Similac® bottle, recap, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
5 Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
