1 Before preparing bottle for feeding, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2 Wash bottles, nipples, rings, caps and all equipment then place in boiling water for 2 minutes. Sterilization is required. Your health care professional will decide when it is no longer necessary.
3 Clean top of can. Shake well before opening.
4 Pour into bottles. Cap bottle; shake well; attach nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
