Preparation And Usage
Adult: 1-2 tablespoons one time per day.
Children (4 - 8 years): ½ tablespoon one time per day.
Children (9-18 years): 1 tablespoon one time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Some people may experience diarrhea when taking 2 tablespoons per day.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
