Cooking & Usage Tips
Cooking instructions:
Boil water in a large pot. Add the noodles and cook uncovered for 2 - 3 minutes. Drain.
Serving suggestions:
- Noodle soup: add cooked noodles to your favourite soup and serve.
- Fried noodles (Chow Mein):
1) Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the cooked noodles, mixed well.
2) Heat 2 - 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large frying pan, and add noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3) Add your favourite vegetables and meat on top of fried noodles. Add a few drops of sesame oil and serve.
