Cooking & Usage Tips
Recommended cooking method - oven: preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place Zesty Italian Meatballs on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turn over and bake for additional 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Skillet: preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tsp of your favourite vegetable oil. Sauté tossing the Zesty Italian Meatballs occasionally for 8-10 minutes. Turn heat down to low/medium and cover. Sauté for additional 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. If you want to enjoy your Zesty Italian Meatballs blended in a traditional marinara sauce, pre-bake/sauté and add to sauce 5 minutes before serving. Cook from frozen to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
