Directions: flour 907 g (2 lbs) of beef cubes. Brown the meat on all sides in oil and sauté two chopped onions. Add 6 potatoes, 6 carrots, 3 celery stalks in chunks. Add 1 L (4 cups) of cold water and the contents of the pouch. Mix well. Cover and simmer in oven at 325°F for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
