Cooking & Usage Tips

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS* *Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.For best results, thaw ribs before cooking. Do not refreeze.To thaw, submerge ribs in cold water for 5 minutes or in the refrigerator for about 8 hours without removing from the bag. BARBECUE Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Remove ribs from the bag. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, if thawed, or for 14 to 16 minutes, if frozen, turning halfway through cooking. CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Remove ribs from the bag. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place ribs on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, if thawed, or for 20 to 25 minutes, if frozen. Baste ribs with sauce halfway through cooking if desired. Not recommended for microwave cooking.
