Preparation And Usage
How to make me:
Add ½ inch of water into a covered skillet of frying pan. Bring water to a boil on high heat. Evenly place perogies flat into a skillet. Do not overcrowd thepan; perogies will expand as they cook absorbing all the water in the pan. Gently stir once to ensure perogies are not stuck to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan with a lid, turning heat down to medium heat. Steam fry for approximately 10minutes, flipping perogies halfway through cooking time. Once the water is almost all absorbed, remove the lid and add butter / oil to the pan. Fry up the perogies with your favourite fixings until they reach your desired crispiness. Enjoy!
