Cooking Instructions - General TRADITIONAL STUFFING DIRECTIONS Makes 2 cups (500 mL) or 4 servings of 1/2 cup (125 mL) TO STUFF A BIRD: PREPARE as above, using 3/4 cup ( 175 mL) water and 1 tbsp (15 mL) non-hydrogenated margarine. Let cool slightly. Lightly stuff cavity of bird, allowing 1/2 cup (125 mL) stuffing per 1 lb. of bird. Roast at 325°F 25 to 30 min. per lb. to internal temperature of 165°F. Do not stuff bird until ready to roast. Hob - From Ambient SAUCEPAN: BOIL 1 cup (250 mL) water and 2 tbsp. (30 mL) non-hydrogenated margarine in medium saucepan. STIR in contents of stuffing mix pouch; cover. REMOVE from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Microwave - From Ambient MICROWAVE: MIX contents of stuffing mix pouch, 3/4 cup (175 mL) hot water and 2 tbsp. (30 mL) non-hydrogenated margarine in medium microwaveable bowl; cover. MICROWAVE on HIGH 4 minutes. Let stand 4 minutes. Fluff with fork. NOTES: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate.
