Cooking Instructions - General For best results cook from fresh or thawed. DO NOT COOK OVER HIGH HEAT. COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F (71°C). THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY. Hob - From Chilled STOVETOP: Preheat frying pan. Cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes per side or until done. Oven cook - From Chilled Preheat oven to 400°F / 205°C. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until done.
