Microwave Combine 1/4 cup of Sunny Boy Beta-Glucan Cereal and 1/2 cup water. Microwave on high power of approximately 2 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent boiling over. Remove from microwave, mix well and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stove-top Add 1/4 cup Sunny Boy Beta-Glucan Cereal to 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil in a pot. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute before serving.

For best results, mix bag contents before serving.
