Mix 1 cup 250 ml
Milk 1 cup 250 ml

Pancake Directions:
Preheat griddle. If electric, set at 400°F (200°C).
Place mix, milk and egg in a bowl. Mix with a whisk.
Pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of batter onto the hot, lightly greased griddle.
Waffles: Combine 1 cup (250 ml) of mix, 1 cup (250 ml) milk, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil. Whisk.
