Preparation And Usage
Sunny Boy Pancakes
Makes five to seven 10cm pancakes.
Mix 1 cup (250 ml)
Water ¾ cup (185 ml)
Directions
- Preheat griddle. If using on electric griddle, set at 400°F (205°C).
- Place the mix and water in a bowl and mix with a whisk until batter is smooth.
- Let batter sit 3 minutes before using.
- Pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of batter onto the hot, lightly greased griddle.
