Cooking instructions This product must be fully cooked before serving. Conventional oven: place portions on shallow baking pan in centre of a pre-heated 400°F/205°C oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Frying pan*: preheat frying pan on stove. Grease frying pan. Place frozen chicken directly into it. Cover. Turn heat down to medium. Cook 20 to 25 minutes, turning over once. Microwave*: at 700 watts, place chicken in microwave safe dish and heat at high for 9-12 minutes. Since individual microwaves vary in power and temperature, these instructions are guidelines only. Barbecue*: preheat barbecue at medium-high heat. Place on grill. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Turn frequently. * Ensure a minimum internal cooked temperature of 86°C (187°F)
