Once Burger Edges Begin To Brown Flip Over And Cook For An Additional 4-5 Minutes. Pan-Fry: Cook On Medium Heat For 3-4 Minutes Per Side. Cook Until An Internal Temperature Of 165°F (74°C) Is Reached. Not Recommended For Microwave Cooking.
