Recommended use: take at the first sign of infection. 2 to 4 times per day. Adults: 2tsp (10 ml). 10 to 14 years old: 1tsp (5 ml). 5 to 9 years old: 1/2tsp (2.5 ml). 2 to 4 years old: 1/4tsp (1.25 ml). If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult a health care practitioner / pediatrician. Shake well before use
