DIRECTIONS WHAT YOU NEED: - 1 lb. (454 g) lean ground beef - 2 cups (226 g) shredded cheddar cheese - Chopped lettuce and tomatoes - Sour Cream 1. BROWN meat in skillet; drain. Stir in Seasoning Mix and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. MEANWHILE, remove Tortillas from wrapper; place on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. 3. FILL bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and TACO BELL® Mild Sauce. Pass the tortillas and let everyone customize their taco. Makes 5 servings, 2 tacos each.
