Cooking & Usage Tips
Cooking Instructions - From Frozen
Cook from frozen.
Do not refreeze thawed product. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Microwave and toaster ovens are not recommended.
Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160° F (71° C).
Oven cook - From Frozen
Conventional Oven.
Preheat oven to 450° F (225° C). Remove all packaging and place scallops evenly on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
Convection Oven.
As above, however preheat oven to 400° F (200° C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
