Three simple steps
Sometimes the coconut milk separates, do not let this worry you!
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan for 20 seconds. Reserving the kaffir lime leaves lightly fry the remaining spices (use the chilli for optional extra heat)
2. Add your fresh ingredients and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add the paste and cook for another minute
3. Stir in the coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the meat or veg is cooked to your liking
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
Do not use if pouch is bloated or leaking. Not suitable for microwave use.
Preparation And Usage
Delicious with:
275 g chicken, tofu, seafood, beef, vegetables & everything
Tailor to taste
- For an authentic green curry, add Thai pea-aubergines, shredded bamboo shoot and finish with fresh Thai holy basil
- For added umami, add in a teaspoon of fish sauce
- Serve with plain jasmine rice, basmati rice or noodles
