Cooking & Usage Tips

Cooking instructions: Soak the meat overnight in cold water. Drain the water off, cover with fresh cold water and simmer in a covered pan for 2 hours. Add peeled turnips and carrots. Boil for 10 minutes and then add peeled potatoes and cabbage. Keep at a slow boil until vegetables are cooked.
