15 min Stir-fried Squid Rings
- 1 bag of Toppits squid rings, thawed
- 2 Pop Herbs® Garlic Cubes or two freshly chopped cloves
- 2 Pop Herbs® Ginger Cubes or 2 tsp. ginger, chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Tomatoes and carrots washed and cut into small pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Pop Herbs® to hot oil and stir fry for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry for additional 5-6 minutes, avoiding overcooking the squid rings. Serve immediately over rice or noodles. Serves 4-5.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS :
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw product in refrigerator overnight. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
