Preferred method - serve chilled: thaw and serve. Alternative method - serve warm: this is a fully cooked product. The heating instructions apply for those who enjoy their crab served warm. The product should not be overheated. Fill the bottom of a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Place crab in a steam basket and steam over boiling water. If crab is thawed, steam for 8 to 10 minutes. If crab is frozen, steam for 13 to 60 minutes.
