Simply rub meat, poultry or seafood (or tofu or veggies), massage thoroughly. Allow to rest for at least 30 min.
Directions for curry
Heat oil over low-med heat. Add diced onions, simmer until translucent. Add protein and/or vegetables. Mix in West Coast Curry. Add boiling water or coconut milk, covering all ingredients. Let simmer on low until desired tenderness and thickness. Serve over basmati rice.
