Cooking & Usage Tips

Cooking instructions For best results pierce portion package and thaw under refrigeration conditions immediately before cooking. Do not refreeze. Must be cooked to an internal temperature od 145°F (or 63°C). Do not eat raw. Skillet : Pat fish dry with paper towel. Heat pan, then place in oil of choice in warm pan. Place fish skin-side down. Flip salmon when it appears to be cooked about of the way up from bottom of pan. Broil : Try marinating salmon before broiling. Move your oven rack to the highest possible position in oven. Let the broiler preheat for 5 minutes prior to cooking. Watch closely, salmon will be cooked within 5-10 minutes. Oven : Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly coat salmon in butter, oil or cooking spray. Plan for approximately 10 minutes of cooking time per 1 inch of thickness.
