Cooking Instructions - General PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost first! Hot water: Soak pouch in very hot water for 30 minutes; or fridge: Place pouch in fridge 8 - 10 hours before using (you can leave the unopened pouch in the fridge for up to 2 weeks); or microwave: Tear slightly. Make sure pouch is standing upright, microwave for 3 minutes. Grill - From Frozen GRILL, INDOOR OR BARBECUE: Roughly chop your favorite vegetables and place in a large bowl. Pour entire contents of defrosted pouch over vegetables. Toss well and skewer. Place skewers on pre-heated grill for 2 minutes per side, using remaining sauce to baste skewers during cooking. You can also heat remaining sauce and serve for dipping. Hob - From Frozen STOVE-TOP: In a skillet over medium heat, stir-fry your favorite vegetables. Once vegetables are almost fully cooked-through, pour entire contents of defrosted pouch. Toss well and cover skillet for 3 minutes. For crispier tofu, separate cubes from sauce, stir-fry first, then add sauce. Oven cook - From Frozen CONVENTIONAL / TOASTER OVEN: Roughly chop your favorite vegetables and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pour entire contents of defrosted pouch over your vegetables and toss well. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 420 °F for 20 minutes, toss halfway through cooking.

Keep frozen until ready to use.
