Barbecue - From Frozen 4-5 minutes per side on a lightly-oiled pre-heated skillet over medium-high heat. Cooking Instructions - General Preparation instructions: Burgers are fully cooked; just heat up and enjoy! Remove first from plastic wrap. For best results, use stove-top or barbecue method and, after heating through, let rest for 1 minute. Prepare from frozen. Hob - From Frozen Stove-top: 3-4 minutes per side on a lightly-oiled pre-heated skillet over medium-high heat. Microwave - From Frozen Place on microwave-safe plate and heat in microwave on high for 50-60 seconds per burger. Oven cook - From Frozen Conventional / toaster oven: Place on lightly-oiled parchment-lined baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 minutes per side.
