Preparation And Usage
1. Cook vermicelli nest in boiling water (1 litre water / 100 gms. vermicelli nest).
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Stir occasionally and cook (about 2 minutes) until tender.
4. Drain.
5. Serve immediately with your favourite recipe.
6. Best for soups, dessert, sweets etc.
