Non-medicinal ingredients: sementis TM: hydrolysate of proteins from Atlantic fish (herring roe) contains phospholipids and omega-3, gelatin (bovine origin), vegetal magnesium stearate, taurine, microcrystalline cellulose.

Recommended doses: Children 4-12 years : 1 capsule per day. Do not allow a child under 6 years old to swallow the capsule in its entirety; open the capsule and pour the content into food or drink before consumption. Adolescents 13-18 years: 2 capsules per day. Adults: 2 to 4 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking medications, with food. Duration of use: use for a minimum of 6 weeks to see beneficial effects.
