Cooking & Usage Tips
You will need:
2 large eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
⅓ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup chopped walnuts and/or chocolate chips (optional)
1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 inch loaf pan or two 8 inch loaf pans.
2 In a large bowl, beat pumpkin bread mix, oil, water, eggs and pumpkin puree, until thoroughly combined. If desired, stir in chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts. Pour into pan.
3 Bake 60-70 min for single loaf pan, 45-55 minutes for 2 loaf pans, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove and cool completely on wire rack before serving.
Alternate baking times:
1. 3 mini loaf pans : 30 to 35 min
2. Muffin pan : 20-25 minutes
